Refund Policy
7-day refund window
You may request a refund within 7 days of any payment, including your first purchase or a subscription renewal.
AI debugger usage
Paid plans include unlimited AI analysis subject to workspace rate limits. There is no per-analysis charge or AI-credit deduction from eligible refunds.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime through the Paddle customer portal, available from Billing in your dashboard. Access continues until the end of your paid period. Cancellation outside the 7-day refund window does not qualify for a prorated refund.
Requesting a refund
Email support@ntunn.com or use the Paddle buyer portal link on your invoice. Paddle, our merchant of record, issues refunds to the original payment method.
Acceptable use
Violations of our Acceptable Use Policy void refund eligibility.
