Before you choose
What counts as an active tunnel?
An active tunnel is a live HTTP or TCP connection from your agent to ntunn. Reserved URLs that are offline do not use an active-tunnel slot.
Can I change plans anytime?
Start a paid plan from your dashboard. Cancel anytime through the customer portal; access continues until the end of your paid period. Contact support to change an existing paid plan.
How do refunds work?
Request a refund within 7 days of any payment. Read the refund policy for how to request a refund.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Free and Developer enforce active-tunnel limits. Pro and Team have no plan-based tunnel cap. Free includes 3 AI analyses per month. Paid plans have no monthly AI cap: Developer allows 5/minute and 60/hour, Pro and Team (including legacy Max) 20/minute and 600/hour, shared across your workspace. If you reach a rate limit, wait until the displayed retry time. Saved results and successful-request verification do not consume AI analyses.
